Delivery and FAQs

 

1.What is your return/ exchange policy?

We accept both exchanges AND returns!  To help you shop confidently, we have a 1 month exchange/ return policy.  Any item that you purchase online can be exchanged or returned (no questions asked) for any other item on our website within this 1 month.  Just give us a call or drop us an email (esales@azurefashion.com) to tell us whether you would like a return or an exchange, and then go ahead and drop it in the mail to the following address:

In case of a return, we will refund your money from whence it came.  If you have used your credit card, we will simply reverse the charge on the card that you used.

 

2. How much do you charge for shipping?

Nothing!  Yea!  Shipping is free within India!

 

3.Do you ship outside of India?

At this time – we only ship within India.  But… coming soon!  So drop us an email with you your name and contact info so we know how to reach you when we do start!

 

4.What if I’m not certain about my size?

If you have any concerns about size/ style – please don’t hesitate to contact us.  Our contact details are in the “contact us” section.  The best way for us to help you is if you send us your shoulder, chest, waist, and hip measurements.  We can determine your size for you.

 

5.How long will it take for me to receive my package from point of order?

We will ship your order within 48 business hours (please note that Sundays are holidays and all national holidays are observed ). Shipping time is typically 2-3 days after this.  If you need an order expedited, contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate you

 

6.What service do you use to deliver?

We use DTDC courier services to ship the parcels to you.  Professional Couriers within Chennai.
